Our recruitment procedure follows up 5 steps given bellow:

1. Collecting CVs


As well as client's demand received, process of collecting the CVs start, and this is through Newspaper advertisement, and online sources, as Lasifa being a well known Recruitment Agency, and for the reason have high appeal to the Job seekers not only from Pakistan but from abroad also, so, 100s of resumes are received on daily bases. Our Data bank is the big source of providing quality manpower to our clients whenever, and wherever they need.


2. Initial Screening


Initial screening is done by agency


3. Selection


Being done as per instruction by our valuable clients, there are three interview and selection tools available with Lasifa International:


  • Face to Face interviews

  • Telephone Interview

  • Video conferences

  • Trade Test (Skill test)


4. Deployment Process


Deployment process is followed by agency on behalf of employer and contract employee. This include following formalities as per requirement by embassies in GULF.


  • Medical of Contract employee

  • Visa stamping

  • Protector formalities


5. Visa prerequisites


For the visa application, necessities are from two sides:


  • From Employer (1st party)

  • From Candidates (2nd party)


From Employer


  1. Demand Letter clearly specifying all the terms of employment - specimen will be provided on demand

  2. Electronic Authorization by recruitment office

  3. Copy of the Commercial Registration (CR) of the Employer's Company


From Candidate/ Applicant


  1. Curriculum Vitae.

  2. All Education + Experience Certificates

  3. Original Computerized Passport [with all earlier passports, if any].

  4. Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

  5. Copy of National Identity Card of Nominee

  6. Medical Clearance Report from Approved Medical

  7. Photographs - passport-size with blue background – 10nos

  8. Photographs - 4 x 6 cm with off-white background – 10 nos.


Additional Documents according to the visa requirement:


Original Degree/Diploma/Certificate duly verified from the concerned Technical Board, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and concerned Embassy.
