Lasifa International is the FORUM where our integrity, credibility, extensive network
of contacts, our own Trade Tests arrangement and selection procedures provide you
the right candidates at the right time and at the right cost.
Our Head Office is situated in Rawalpindi/ Islamabad and a Test & Selection Center
in Rawalpindi near by the location of H.O. These are spacious enough and are centrally
located in the commercial areas of Rawalpindi/Islamabad. These offices are furnished
with state-of-the-art equipments and staffed with qualified and experienced professionals
operating in accordance with the latest management techniques and standards.
It would not be out of place to mention here that we have a well-managed computerized
as well as manual data bank having over 10,000 CVs of various disciplines including
Oil & Gas, Water & Power, Construction, Operations & Maintenance, Engineering Industries,
Medical, Hospitality and Information Technology. It should be noted here that we
have so far recruited and supplied several thousand personnel of different disciplines
to our various clients worldwide to their entire satisfaction.
ISO 9000, 2000 certified / Quality Management
Purpose
This Quality Manual Provides an orientation of an effective and efficient quality
management system implemented and maintained at Lasifa International in accordance
with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 quality standards.
Scope
This manual is applicable to all the activities of the Quality Management System
of Lasifa International, which have been mentioned in this Quality Manual.
Approach
Lasifa International directs and controls its business process in a systematic and
transparent manner. It depends on its customers and understanding of their current
and future needs and strives to meet customer's requirements for its success
in this relevant market. To understand its customer's requirement and to fulfill
them, Lasifa International has established, developed, implemented and maintained
a quality management of LASIFA INTERNATIONAL intends to implement these principles
in order to lead the organization towards improved performance. These principles
are as follows;

We have a well-managed computerized as well as manual Data Bank having sufficient
number of CVs of various disciplines including that of Oil & Gas, Water & Power,

and Information Technology besides a large network of manpower contacts across major
areas of Pakistan.
1.4. Legal Status
Lasifa International was established in the year 1995 as a Manpower Recruitment
and overseas employment agency from Pakistan and obtained Overseas Employment Promoters
License Number MPD/1668/RWP (Copy is attached) in the same year of its emergence
from the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, Ministry of Labor, and Manpower
for Overseas Pakistanis- Government of Pakistan.
